Forum Points.

So, I have developed an idea.

You get these "forum points" for every good thing you do.
For every bad thing you do, you get 1 point taken away.

Here is a list Of what you get :

[x] Forum point : you get a thing under your avatar that says "[x] forum point"
5+ : You get a cool, awesome, w/e From me or any other admin Very Happy

10+ : Mod of any category you choose, for ONE day.
50+ : Mod of any category you choose, for TWO days.
100+ : Mod of any category you choose, for THREE days.
200+ : Mod of 2 categorys that you Choose, for TWO days, or mod for one category of your choice for FOUR days.
500+ : PERMANENT mod for a category of your choice.
1000+ : Admin on the forums OR in game for ONE day.
2000+ : Admin on the forums OR in game for THREE days.
5000(max) : PERMANENT on the forums OR in game admin.

Note : The in-game admin position will be open ASAP, that is when we get our GMod server up
Note2 : If you're a mod, and you get the 1 or 2 mod category's, those will be stacked onto your current mod abilities.
Here are some ways you can gain Points :

1 point : Be nice Smile

2 points : report someone
5 points : Refer someone, and they say "oh i was referred by so and so".
10 points : If you REALLY stand out in our eyes
15 points : make a donation, it's 15 points Per dollar.
50 points : make a useful thread

Note : the referred people will be IP checked with the referrer to make sure they're different peoples(Don't say "he registered on my comp"), Also, you can refer a max of 15 people a week, from there You won't get any points, but still, thanks Smile

Note2 : if you send me a PM reporting someone, if it's just "give me 5 points plz" I will give you 5 NEGATIVE points, if its someone that actually said somethign bad, Then you get the 5 points

Now here is what happens with negative points :

-[x] : Have a thing that says "I have -[x] forum points" under your avatar.
-5 : you'll get a warning
-10 : 2nd warning
-25 : 1 day ban
-40 : 3 day ban
-75 : 1 week ban
-100 : 1 month ban
-101 : PERMANENT BAN

the points are lower than the positive, but there arent to many things that you can do to piss us off.

here is how to get negative points :

-1 : Offend someone
-5 : make a useless post
-5 : false report
-10 : make a useless thread(you'll know if it lands in the hall of shame)
-10 : abusing powers(mods)
-25 : Assault another user repeatedly
-101 : hacking our server
